What our SLA does NOT cover:
- Service issues that are not Polyfone Telecom’s responsibility, ie faulty ROUTER equipment that was not provided from Polyfone;
- Customer’s network (LAN);
- Customer’s internal premises cabling
- Customer’s internal wireless WI-FI (Wireless).
- Faults that are not reported promptly and correctly to Polyfone Telecom
